Tom was the CFO for eSoft Inc. where he completed over $11 million in private funding and an IPO. As CFO of Boulder Venture Partners he became a trusted adviser to the firm’s portfolio companies and completed 35 M&A exits. Tom brings a strong background in manufacturing and distribution ERP systems, financial modeling, and GAAP financial reporting structures.
